/&gt;タンク(ホームセンターで1000円)&lt;br /&gt;空き瓶(キリン以外)&lt;br /&gt;アルコール洗浄剤(パストリーぜ1000円)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;つくり方♪( ´▽｀)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. /&gt;7. 放置。&lt;br /&gt;とりあえず今日はここまで。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;日本の酒税法では、1%以上のアルコール醸造は禁止らしいです。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;もともと戦争の為の税金集めの為に、法律ができたそうですが、個人で酒を作ると、市販の酒が売れなくなるから禁止のままだとか。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;「夏子の酒」では、そんなもの企業努力不足だと言ってましたがね。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;なんにせよ、罰金は払いたく無いので、今回は砂糖の量を調整し、途中加水しながら対応となります。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;おまけ：&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ガリのピンク色は自然の色らしいです。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;熱湯を通すと色が変わるのか。&lt;br /&gt;それとも熱い酢で変わるのか。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;それはどっちか分かりませんけどねｗ。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;材料レシピはこれだけ。超簡単です。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(1) 魚を用意する。&lt;br /&gt;本来は「カタクチイワシ」ですが、時期的に手に入らないので&lt;br /&gt;「マイワシ」を使いました。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;center&gt;&lt;a /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;１～２週間程度で内臓がタンパク質を自己消化する酵素を出し、&lt;br /&gt;内臓部分がとろけ出します。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;塩が強すぎると硬くなり何処もとろけません。&lt;br /&gt;塩が弱すぎたりすると、身が崩れてきます。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;・ズッキーニ（中）　１本&lt;br /&gt;・パイナップル（中）　１／４&lt;br /&gt;・セロリ　１本&lt;br /&gt;・パプリカ（小）　５個&lt;br /&gt;・キャベツ（千切り）　１５０ｇ&lt;br /&gt;・塩　材料を水洗いした重量の５％&lt;br /&gt;・水　４００ｍｌ&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;(1)野菜の下ごしらえ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;塩水を混ぜ、野菜を強くもみながらよく合える&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ドイツ語で「ザウアークラウト」&lt;br /&gt;イギリスでは「サワークラフト」&lt;br /&gt;日本語では「すっぱ漬け」&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;地域によっては、他の野菜や「リンゴ」を加えるという事なので、&lt;br /&gt;名前の似ているパイナップルの芯を入れてみました。&lt;br /&gt;甘みと香りが増強される事を祈って。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ちなみに、乳酸菌発酵させる場合は「ヤクルト」を一本の半分入れると簡単だそうです。&lt;br /&gt;凄いなヤクルト。&lt;br /&gt;「カルピス」は加熱して殺してるので、入れても駄目ですけど。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;おまけ：&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;網戸に物凄いガガンボが居た。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ガガンボ。蚊とんぼ。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;偏ると梅エキスの出が悪かったり、あまりいい事は無し。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ちなみにはちみつ梅酒にする場合はここで蜂蜜を投入。&lt;br /&gt;今年は入れません！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;center&gt;&lt;a href='http://blogpress.w18.net/photos/10/04/11/1923.jpg'&gt;&lt;img src='http://blogpress.w18.net/photos/10/04/11/s_1923.jpg' border='0' width='281' height='210' style='margin:5px'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/center&gt;&lt;br /&gt;材料：&lt;br /&gt;・塩胡椒&lt;br /&gt;・チキンスープ&lt;br /&gt;・ごま油&lt;br /&gt;・生姜&lt;br /&gt;・水 4リットル&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;・牛テール 500g&lt;br /&gt;・大根 １／３本&lt;br /&gt;・ニラ &lt;br /&gt;・全卵 2個&lt;br /&gt;・長ネギの青い部分&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;レシピ：&lt;br /&gt;１．テールを下ゆでする。&lt;br /&gt;※水から茹ではじめ、沸騰してから2〜3分したら取り出し、しっかりと水洗いする。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;２．材料を入れる&lt;br /&gt;大根をイチョウ切り&lt;br /&gt;生姜は大きめのスライス&lt;br /&gt;テール・ネギ・大根・生姜を煮込む&lt;br /&gt;下ゆで時間に応じてアクが浮かび上がるので、適宜取り除く。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;３．長時間煮込む&lt;br /&gt;一煮立ちしたら、火を弱〜中火に戻し、沸騰しないように3〜8時間煮込む。&lt;br /&gt;(この時に蓋をすると白濁したスープになります。)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;４．仕上げ&lt;br /&gt;肉が骨から剥がれるぐらいになったら、味付けをする。&lt;br /&gt;強火にして溶き卵を流し入れ、適当な長さに刻んだニラを入れて火を止める。&lt;br /&gt;(予熱で火が通ります)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ごま油・豆板醤を入れて完成。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;味をなじませたい場合は半日程おいて完成。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-- theta&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a
